Services

Expert Wireless Repair provides device repair and related services, including phone repair, tablet repair, laptop repair, console repair, screen replacement, battery replacement, charging port repair, diagnostics, accessories, and phone sales.

Service availability may vary depending on device model, parts availability, device condition, repair complexity, technician assessment, and other factors.

Quotes and Estimates

Quotes provided online, by phone, by text message, by email, or in person are estimates unless confirmed after inspection of the device.

Final pricing may change if additional damage is discovered, the device condition differs from the original description, parts are unavailable, different parts are required, or additional labor is needed.

We will make reasonable efforts to explain any major price changes before completing additional paid work.

Diagnostics

Some devices require diagnostic testing before we can confirm the problem, repair options, pricing, or estimated completion time.

Diagnostic results are based on the condition of the device at the time of inspection. Hidden damage, liquid damage, motherboard failure, software issues, prior repair attempts, counterfeit parts, aftermarket parts, or internal damage may affect repair results and final pricing.

Diagnostic fees, if applicable, may be charged whether or not the customer chooses to proceed with the repair.

Customer Responsibilities

Before leaving a device with Expert Wireless Repair, customers are responsible for backing up all data, removing sensitive personal information when possible, removing SIM cards or memory cards when possible, disabling passwords or device locks when needed for testing, and informing us of known issues, prior repairs, liquid damage, drops, overheating, or other device history.

Customers must have legal ownership or authorization to request service on any device brought to Expert Wireless Repair.

Expert Wireless Repair is not responsible for data loss, photos, files, contacts, apps, messages, passwords, settings, account access, or other personal content.

Device Access and Testing

Some repairs require access to the device for testing before and after service. This may include testing the screen, touch function, charging port, speakers, microphone, camera, Wi-Fi, buttons, battery, software, or other features.

We only access the device as reasonably necessary to perform diagnostics, complete repairs, and confirm functionality.

Parts and Replacement Components

Replacement parts may be original, aftermarket, refurbished, premium compatible, or standard compatible parts depending on device type, availability, customer preference, and repair needs.

Some replacement parts may function differently from the original manufacturer part due to manufacturer restrictions, software updates, calibration requirements, or compatibility limits.

We make reasonable efforts to use quality parts appropriate for the repair.

Repair Timeframes

Repair time estimates are not guaranteed. Completion times may be affected by parts availability, device condition, repair complexity, testing needs, customer approval delays, supplier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Liquid Damage and Severe Damage

Devices with liquid damage, corrosion, motherboard damage, impact damage, overheating, power issues, or prior repair attempts may be unpredictable.

Repairing one issue may reveal additional problems. We do not guarantee that liquid-damaged, severely damaged, or previously repaired devices can be fully restored.

Warranty on Repairs

Repair warranty coverage may vary depending on the repair type, parts used, and device condition. Unless otherwise stated on your receipt or invoice, warranty coverage applies only to the specific part or service performed by Expert Wireless Repair.

Warranty does not cover new damage after pickup, cracked screens, pressure damage, drops, impact damage, liquid damage, corrosion, misuse, tampering, software issues, account locks, device resets, battery wear from normal use, unrelated device problems, or repairs performed by another person or business after our service.

Warranty may be void if the device is opened, modified, damaged, exposed to liquid, or repaired elsewhere after service by Expert Wireless Repair.

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they believe there is an issue with a completed repair.

Accessories and Phone Sales

Accessories, phones, and other products are subject to availability. Product condition, compatibility, warranty, return eligibility, and exchange eligibility may vary by item.

Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchasing accessories, chargers, cases, cables, phones, or other products.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, all sales are final or subject to the return/exchange policy provided on the receipt or invoice.

Payments

Payment is due when services are completed or products are purchased unless another arrangement is approved in advance.

We may accept cash, card, or other payment methods at our discretion. Unpaid balances may delay release of the device or completion of service.

Customer is responsible for all approved charges, parts, labor, diagnostics, accessories, products, taxes, and any applicable fees.

Abandoned Devices

Devices left with Expert Wireless Repair must be picked up promptly after repair completion, diagnostic completion, quote refusal, or customer notification.

If a device is not picked up within 30 days after we notify the customer, it may be considered abandoned. Abandoned devices may be subject to storage fees, recycling, resale, disposal, or other action permitted by law.

We may attempt to contact the customer using the phone number, email address, or other contact information provided.

No Guarantee of Data Recovery

We may perform repairs that help restore device functionality, but we do not guarantee recovery of data, photos, files, messages, contacts, apps, or other stored content.

Customers should back up important data before repair whenever possible.

Website Content
